Services will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing.
2.2 Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
Ensure all provided content (logos, text, etc.) is legally owned or licensed.
2.3 Revisions & Approval
Jump Online allows many/ rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur fees.
Delays in Client feedback may impact project timelines.
3. Payments & Fees
3.1 Pricing & Invoicing
Fees are specified in the project proposal. A deposit of [X]% is required to commence work.
Invoices are due within [X] days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest ([X]% monthly).
3.2 Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
Projects canceled mid-way may be billed for completed work.

Jump Online retains rights to portfolio use (unless otherwise agreed).

Clients are responsible for licensing fees for third-party tools (e.g., WordPress plugins, stock images).
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information (business strategies, data) confidential.
Exceptions apply if disclosure is required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jump Online is not liable for:
Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
Issues arising from Client-provided content or third-party services.
Total liability is capped at the amount paid for Services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with [X] days’ written notice.
Termination fees may apply for unfinished work.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation.
